Ep 55 Julie Delene | Move As One
Julie Delene is a management consultant who's developed a system called Move As One, which draws on her experience in ballroom dance and Feng Shui to help teams move through stagnation or conflict.
We talk about how this idea of co-creation is gaining momentum (with a lot of ground work already done by the activist communities of the 60's and 70's). It's also an ancient and natural way for us to operate, and the newer concepts of capitalism and colonialism are really what have left us feeling so disconnected.
There are many additional voices to listen to on this subject of co-creation. adrienne maree brown is one we mentioned in the episode, but there are many more, and we encourage you to explore this topic from a variety of viewpoints.
