Dr. Emily started her career as a pharmacist, but after working with natural family planning and cycle tracking herself, she quickly discovered a passion for teaching others about it.

She now runs her business The NFP Pharmacist where she offers live virtual classes as well as 1-on-1 consults to help people better understand and plan around their cycles.

In our conversation we also talk about some other surprising things that can be learned from cycle tracking and the different ways to use those insights in your everyday life.
